Terms and conditions
1. Acceptance

User is responsible for all User Content submitted to the platform. By uploading or transmitting User Content, User grants Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content.
5. Intellectual Property
The platform, services, and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Company or its licensors. User agrees not to:
- reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform or services without permission;
- remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings;
6. Liability
Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to the use of the platform or services, including but not limited to:
- direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
- lost profits, business opportunities, or revenue;
- damage to data or software;
7. Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company against any claims, demands, actions, or proceedings arising from User's use of the platform or services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the governing jurisdiction.
9. Amendments
Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. User's continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Termination
Company may terminate this Agreement and User's access to the platform at any time, without cause or notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, User must cease all use of the platform and return all proprietary materials.
